A One-Day Workshop for Priests and Deacons
In today’s Church, priests and deacons often serve side by side, yet not always heart to heart. Ministry can become isolated, roles can be misunderstood, and relationships can suffer under the weight of pastoral demands. At the very moment the Church most needs a unified witness, fragmentation among her clergy threatens her credibility and mission.
This workshop is a sacred invitation to rediscover what unites us: a shared sacramental identity rooted in Christ the Servant. Drawing from the theology presented in As I Have Loved You, this day offers an opportunity for clergy to pause, reflect, and renew their fraternal bond through prayer, theological reflection, and meaningful conversation.
We will explore the profound unity of Holy Orders, the complementarity of the priesthood and the diaconate, and the spiritual path from relationship to identity to mission the RIM Dynamic.
