Deliverables and Pricing for
Diaconate Evaluation Tool
The deliverables are as follows:
1. Completed Gap Analysis Report: A formal, client-ready Gap Analysis assessing the diocese’s permanent diaconate program against the normative standards of the National Directory for the Formation, Ministry, and Life of Permanent Deacons in the United States. The report identifies areas of strength, partial alignment, and deficiency, grounded exclusively in the submitted assessment data.

2. Data-Driven Visual Analytics: Professional visual representations, such as charts or graphs, illustrating assessment results across the evaluated domains, suitable for inclusion in reports, presentations, or internal review materials.
3. Executive-Level Findings Summary: A concise synthesis of key findings designed for diocesan leadership, highlighting priority areas requiring attention without introducing recommendations or prescriptive solutions.
4. Strategic Planning Readiness Framework: A structured foundation that enables the diocese to proceed directly into strategic planning, clearly linking identified gaps to potential areas for prioritization, sequencing, and resource consideration.
5. AI-Assisted Analysis with Expert Review: All analytical outputs generated through AI-assisted processes are reviewed, validated, and contextualized through direct human oversight to ensure accuracy, ecclesial appropriateness, and accountability.
6. Consultative Close-Out Conference: A final video conference with diocesan leadership and representatives of Diaconal Ministries, led by Deacon Dominic Cerrato, to review the findings, clarify questions, and formally conclude the evaluation phase.
These deliverables are intended to function as governance-ready instruments, equipping diocesan leadership with clear, objective insights and a disciplined foundation for informed strategic decision-making.
